dainkel, please don't offer advice about something you clearly know nothing about! It simply isn't possible to spot-reduce fat.
People could read your advice, go away and do nothing but oblique excercises. Then, in a few weeks time when they realise that this has made NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER, they could become disheartened and give up on the idea of training!
Leslie, as has been posted already, overall fat loss is the way to go. A clean diet, cardio and weights programme is the way to get results. You will find loads of advice on this forum regarding programmes and nutrition so, use the 'search' facility and get reading.
Now, maybe you already train and you are just having trouble getting rid of the last bit of fat (your post wasn't clear). Sometimes, the last bit of fat can be stubborn and hard to shift. If this is the case, it sounds like it may be time to mix up your training and shock your body into metabolising what is left.
