Everyone is doing 3 or even 4 day split work out routines
Others do full body workouts 3 times a week
Ive been working on the full body thing for pretty long and have been seeing alot of improvements. Do I have to switch to the split work out which everyone does?
Exactly as AJP says. If full body's work for you, do them. You can always cycle in a split routine now and then if you want for variety. But if you are still progressing with full body's, keep plugging.
If you wanna change it up a little you don't really HAVE to change it totally, just change the reps and weight, or change how you do it a little. Exactly what they said above, if it ain't broken don't fix it; modify it lol..
