is it bad or good?

i no ur not suppose to work the same muscle group for a span of 48 hours but say if i do cardio and upper body one day and then cadrio and lower body and i do it in a pattern like so for 5-6 days a week is it alright to do cardio and weightlifting on the same day?:confused:
 
Should be fine, just be careful of overtraining.

Cardio and weight training can be done on the same day. Depending on your goals though, one should come before the other. Most of the time doing weight training first and then cardio is best.

As the poster above me mentioned... be careful not to overtrain. And be sure you are eating enough :)
 
you may overtrain your legs working them everyday so vary cardio (HIIT, low int etc)
