Damn I got screwed over.

Ive been working out everything else which is at the state I want it to be at but my chest I wasnt able to workout for like almost 2 weeks I was able to bench 150 and do 3 sets of 6 now im struggling on 135 will this platue recover today I had a serious work out on my chest and I just tryed incline and decline these 2 workouts added with flat bench is amazing. The thing is my chest is still pretty hard but I know I lost a bit of muscle from their. How long will it take me to get back to normal?
 
Wait, you took 2 weeks off and think you lost muscle?
 
I doubt 2 weeks would of done such a decline in numbers.

As silly as it sounds, are you not as motivated as you used to be? Especially when you went to push the 150 pounds and you couldnt do it right?


It could be possible that although you think your body is with it all, your brain might not be wanting to do it after 2 weeks.

At the end of the day, unless you really did yourself some damage, 2 weeks of slackness would not of killed off muscle.

Go do a simple thing and try trick your brain in to pushing 150 for your 6 reps and let me know how it goes. Dont think negative basically.
