cutting

well today is my first day of cutting, i have a couple of question, well i have 11.5% bf, in 3 weeks can i lower it 4%? i make 5 days cardio 1 hour (running), and 3 times per week, in the gym ( how many reps, tempo, and what is the weight i have to use, not to heavy but not no light) my diet is based on a 1600 calories(97% clean), i used 3 capsules a day of ripped fuel,( 2 capsules 20 mins before breakfast, empty stomach) 15 minutes before running. THANKS!
 
I'd say, if those pills do really have an effect, you could do it in 2-3 months, not 3 weeks though.
 
I seriously doubt you can do it in 3weeks.

Use a 8-12 rep scheme with a 4020 tempo. Or use some circuit training to boost your fatloss.
 
Bro, I don't see any point to getting to 4% unless you are getting ready for a show. I'd shoot for 8-10%.

At your stats, I would probably even choose to bulk.

i think he means drop it 4% to 7.5%
 
thanks, wow is the maximun and minimun i can lose during these 3 weeks?

then, yesterday i drink 2 capsules of ripped fuel (empty stomatch) then 15 mins before running (1 hour) then imediatley i went to the gym, then i eat a chicken breast with some veggies and 30 mins later i was feeling not to well, then i wen to sleep (830pm-9pm) and i have insome all night, and today i was feeling very bad a mix of everything, maybe what happend me is a mixture of things,

1- overexercising
2-went to the beach on monday and the water was not very clean... and i don`t shower ( after surfing)
3-the pills
4-the chicken have a weird taste...


i think they are not the pills cause i drink them on friday, saturday, and sunday and i don`t have those simptomns, what do u think it was? in the school nursery they give me an aspirin to but with no big changes... ( i`m feeling a little better, i just wake up from 1 hour of resting in my house)
 
Its seems your not recovering well.

2 simple solutions - Decrease excercise volume or increase food intake.

IF that's the problem, maybe it was a bug or something.
 
ok, i was eating

3 egg whites, yogurt, 2 slc of bread with peanut butter,

25 grams of peanuts, 2 cookies, 1tuna can (tuna slit in 2 meals)

soy meat replacement, veggies,

1 chicken breast, with veggies.

ok i will do 1 hour of cardio i will supreme gym for the next 3 weeks... what do u think?
