well today is my first day of cutting, i have a couple of question, well i have 11.5% bf, in 3 weeks can i lower it 4%? i make 5 days cardio 1 hour (running), and 3 times per week, in the gym ( how many reps, tempo, and what is the weight i have to use, not to heavy but not no light) my diet is based on a 1600 calories(97% clean), i used 3 capsules a day of ripped fuel,( 2 capsules 20 mins before breakfast, empty stomach) 15 minutes before running.
