I Just put 5 pounds on in a week........

I just got home from a week long mission trip and they had nothing but crappy food there. It was very greasy and there was nothing else as an alternative to eat. I ended up putting on 5 pounds and going up 2% body fat. Will this just melt right back off when I get back to my routine and strict diet? I hope so........
 
Probably. Get back to eating right and exercising hard. Usually quick weight gains and losses are easily countered.
 
We had a BBQ Party 2 weeks ago and I've also been eatting whatever during that week, and gained about 4 pounds... Working out on regular routine didn't ward it right off, I had to work harder than normal to get back on track :(

That actually made me not want to eat unhealthy anymore... In my head, I already know I don't even want to overeat at the 4th of July Cookout, eventho they'll be ALOT of food there.
 
For big events like the 4th and say a cruise for example, I would just not worry about eating if you really just want to indulge and then just work your ass off the following week to burn it right back off. You gotta live sometimes.

I doubt it's healthy, but that's what I'm doing =\...
