Starting back

I've taken some time off weights and will return on Monday. that will have been 1 1/2 weeks. Should I expect to start where I left off? do I need to gradually ease into it all again? I can be a maniac with exercise and would easily just jump back in without cautioun if nobody told me not to, thats why I ask.
 
Sparrow, JMO ... I think you have to be somewhere in the middle. I dont think you have to be real easy, since its only been a week and a half and you're in darn good shape. On the other hand it was time off, so I wouldn't get full bore either. Hmmm, maybe that didn't help too much. :confused:
