hey

hey im looking for maybe a diet plan to follow, its hard for me to figure out how many calories, proteins, fats and other stuff like that im eating. Your posts were very helpful though they helped me understand dieting alot more. I guess i gotta look into it with more detail.

meal 1 - fruit, high fibre cerial
meal 2 - protein, fruit
meal 3 - protein fruit or veg depending on how over wt you are
meal 4 - protein, veg, healthy fat
5 - protein, veg healthy fat
6 - protein, healthy fat

- you will need a post workout protein shake in there depending on when you train
- start with lots of carbs in am and slowly phase out
- start with minimal fat in am and slowly increase through pm

this is a very basic plan that i give those in my gym for starters

carbs - high fibre cerial, any fruit, any veg
protein - fish, poultry, red meat, eggs, protein powder
fat - fish, oils, avocodo, nuts/walnuts/almonds etc

dont go longer than 3 hours apart.. and why there is no protein in that first meal escapes me.. dont say oh there's milk. I mean you are breaking a fast you need PROTEIN! haha..

nice one , niceone (how ordinary was that!!)...evenly spacing your meals is the best way to go going by clock at first rather than hunger to boost metabolism up...eat until content not stuffed and don't wait untill starving to eat or you'll over eat and wreck everything

Huh.......?

a meal plan maybe?

i gotta buy some fruit and vegis, and i dont think i have high fiber cerial maybe ill have 2 eggs and a orange for breakfast. Make a thing of tuna for 2-4 meals so i can just have a sandwich and a orange or a apple. Could you give me an example of healthy fat? and maybe for protein for 5-6 ill have some sort of red meat and vegis. But ya healthy fat i need some examples of. And how much do protein drinks and stuff go for? I've only seen them at my girlfriends house from her brother and stuff. I dunno but thanks for all the help so far you guys are really good at this

having ANY one meal without protein is just wrong. There are so many abundant protein sources there is really no excuse to not have it in all meals. IMO, it you are going to go all out and create a diet, follow it.. create a training routine.. follow it, you should really get things square and do them right. Having a meal of vegetables and fat only? not good.
