Upper Abs

What exercise do you know of too get the your upper abs right now i have like a 5 pack and my lower abs are huge but i can only see alittle of 1 upper one and i am missing on the other side so what do i do??
 
That's weird. Usually it's the other way around. I'd suggest weighted rope crunches if your upper abs are under developed.

Are you sure it's not fat surrounding your abs? Maybe some Visceral Adipose tissue?
 
I was thinking the same thing as LV. Usually the upper abs pop first and the lower abs are harder than heck to see. LV gave a good exercise. I also like doing the a very slow version of the Pilates 100. I always go slow...never fast.
