thanks for the suggestions..a few Q's?!

Hey guys...thanks for all your suggestions about how to loose them yucky love handles!!....

In regards to the last post, suggesting i should 'loose weight': i only weigh 7stone10 at the moment...which (if ive got my calculations correct!!) is just under 100Llbs....do you really think loosing more weight overall is healthy?!! and what does spot reducing/deducting mean?!

p.s just been for a 1 1/2hr jog around my park....its such a lovely day and i feel great now!! x
 
Well, if you were to lose your love handles you would lose weight. I really don't think you should let your weight get too much lower. Have you thought about doing some weight training to try to build a little muscle? That would give you a nice firm, fit look and get your weight up a bit. Do you kow what your body fat is? That would be a better indicator of if your weight is healthy. Let me know if I can be of help!

I'm not sure how tall you are but for me at 5'1 I get love handles at 116...none at 108 (and I'm almos there again ;) )
