You sound pretty sure about that Nobody. You are either being sarcastic or you are mis informed. Judging by the posts you are relativley new to fitness. It usually takes around two years to get to that level unless you have someone there with you all the time pushing you. Dont get me wrong im not saying you cant do it but it will be difficult.

He CAN get that. I'm pretty sure of it actually. You have an excellent frame currently and can begin cutting immediately to get that body.

It will take ALL of the months before December to do it. Strict diet, and strict training with 112% effort each session. I mean honestly, he's got the size, now a 7 month cut....

7 months can make a HUGE difference.

I think you could get very close to that body, but your diet would have to be 100% perfect. And you would be on a 7 month cutting cycle, which I don't know if anyone could do.

Why does everyone like that picture? His pecs are flat and his glutes or whatever are creating folds against his abs create such a contrast that it's almost grotesque. He's a good looking guy, but there are better models out there.

Lei I read your post over and over, and all I could get out of it was...

Woah, homo vibes
xD

If the others didn't effectively break it to you, YOU CAN'T GET THAT BODY BY DECEMBER. The only remotely possible way is to drop out of school and work and have absolutely no life. Lock your self in a dunegon and scoop protein powders all day. A life of bodybuilding, and that means every second.

My advice: Set realistic goals but know the difference between fantasyland and reality. If you set realistic goals, and you achieve them you can feel great about yourself. I'm not saying don't aim high cause you should.

I have to agree that there is no way that you get that much size and definition in 7 months. You should set your goals more realistically. Like mentioned above, set them high, but be sure they are attainable. The only way you look like that in 7 months is if your is Victor Conti's close friend.
