Cardio

so i know that inorder to get abs to show you must burn off the layer of fat which is covering them..
i have a machine where all you do is step.. its got 4 different settiings.. 1 2 3 4.. 4 being the hardest..
if i just use this stepping machine for about 1/2 to 1 hr a day on 3/4 do you think this would work like a tredmill and burn that fat off? or would this machine only be good for the legs..
 
As long as it gets your heartrate up, it'll burn calories. I use a stepper at least twice a week. I would recommend mixing up your cardio if at all possible - maybe do some running too or some swimming maybe. If you stick with a single form of excercise, your body will become more efficient at doing it and it will ultimately become less effective.

why waste money to buy equipment, go get a fitness club membership.
i'd recommend Gold Gym if its close by.
 
cause i have a room in the house the size of most peoples basements and im using it for working out so i figure why not lol...

hah. ok ok!

umm. u heard of jump ropes? if so, purchase a jump rope. i'd say its an excellent cardio workout!
