So in about three weeks I am flying to China. Why? Because I feel like spending my summer somewhere new and interesting. I will be spending five weeks there. Now I have been makin very good progress in terms of strength and size for the last few months. Now I am nervous about the idea of not having access to a proper gym.
I intend to do what I can while I am there. If it were a single week I probably wouldn't bother but in five weeks my muscles will atrophy and I'll be fat. So I was wondering if anyone had any advice on joining a gym in China or if there is some alternative which I might find realistic. The area I will be staying in is East Hangzhou. Should be a fun trip anyways =D
