Yeah. This is what I watch as I sip on coffee on Weds mornings before I go workout cause I'm not really a morning workout person but these get me stoked enough.

Great vid, these guys friggin own. This video also reminded me of how stupid that Disturbed song is when he's singing about his mom.
 
that little asian kid was badass if those plates were 45s, cleaning (something like that) like at least 3x his weight or so.
 
Yeah they have "Ironmind" vids on the related links section...they said that Chinese kid was 14 years old, doing 120 kilos, which is like 240 lbs. ****.
 
did you see that TINY dude doing clean jerk.. holy shizzle.. dunno how much it was, but it was alot of big plates, so yeah:p
 
oh.. i was listening to it withought volume.. the disturbed song totoally makes it kickass..
