help me out =(

Hi, my name is tyler. I'm 18 years old. I'm 6'4 or so, and somewhere around 160-165 lbs.

Now, I've been skinny my whole life. I could eat whatever I wanted and be okay. Just recently, like the past 2 or 3 weeks, my flat stomach has disappeared. I mainly just have a little pudge from my bellybutton down. Kind of have some sort of love handles too.

I want to go back to the ridiculously flat stomach.

I can't eat many vegetables. Is that a problem? Like I really can't eat them without wanting to vomit.

I used to eat whenever I wanted, but now I don't eat as much. Now that I'm out of school, I sleep late, and wake up not hungry. So then I eat around 6 pm, and again at night around 12....sometimes with snacks inbetween.

I know I need to improve my diet, what can I eat besides veggies to help lose this pudge?
 
Did you know that the reason you had this "flat" stomach is because you are underweight? Eating twice a day isnt helping much either.
 
actually that happend to two of my girl friends, they had the fastest metabolism before they had the baby and then after the couldnt eat a piece of fruit without gaining a ton of weight, now i know ur prolly not a chick, but i would say the best thing to do is to eat a lot of small meals, something about ur metabolism changed and u need to speed it up again
