Mixed Martial Arts

I'm working with a guy right now on a mixed martial arts website that will show you how you can train at home. I'll let you guys know when it's done.

You can't train MMA at home. You need partners and a coach.

You can train cardio for MMA at home. Jumping rope is a great way to train.

Yes. But there's an innuendo that you can learn to train in MMA from a video. Sport-specificity is the key at excelling in MMA (just like any sport). You can get more endurance and you can get stronger at home but you cannot become better at your sport without hands-on, direct application.

Confucious would say "A man is only as good in the ring as he spends in the ring."
