First Timer

I'm a 18 year old male, I've never been dedicated to working out until recently. Heres my at home routine, I have no clue if I'm doing the right things to get Toned, should I add? Drop? Increase?

5'10
142(and losing...)

Bench 3x weekkly
Military Press 4x weekly
Curls 4x weekly
700-1000 situps 5x weekly
Very Light Running Daily

wiith the situps are you going to do them regular or are you using some utility
 
Lol no.
I've been benching for about a year.
But thats it, nothing else.
