cardio

HIIT is best for that. Here is great info on it.
 
thanks for that. i have heard alot about HIIT but never really knew much about it. which would be better do you think sprint 1 min jog 3mins and do this about 5 times or run 1 min and jog 1 min do this about 8 or 9times?
and will it be alright to do this the day after heavy squats?
 
Personaly i would of gone for an early morning LIT (before eating anything) exercise for around 40 minutes as the best way to target your fat deposits.
In relation to the doing it after a day of squats i'd go with the ye it should be fine, but it will depend on how tender your legs feel
