would this effect my muscle?

Well I have baseball every single day from 2:30 PM-6:00 PM..Well I come home relax and Im done by like 7:30 PM. I don't really have time to weight lift my that time because for 1 I have a elbow injury and 2 I wouldn't have enough time. If I just run on my thread mill for like 30 minutes and did a bunch of ab excercises would that make me lose muscle of would this be good for my body?

I would switch it up.

Instead of running treadmill and doing situps for thirty minutes EVERY day, mix in a couple days of weight training. I can't stress enough the advantages of weightlifting to sports.

if you've got an elbow injury you have to cut out the baseball until you are not injured and strong enough to start playing again. thats just common sense!!!
 
yeah right now im out for minimum for 4 weeks...i have to get a bunch of shots and wear an arm sling...then im goin to rehab
