Sled Pulls

I made myself a sled yesterday to do some pulls but I don't know how to put it into my routine. I'm doing a 4 day a week push/pull.... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday(legs on Tuesday and Friday). Should I do the sled on my leg days or do it on rest days for active recovery or something? Thanks in advance for the replies
 
I would encorporate sled pulling on your leg days. Depending on how heavy a sled and how much volume, it's not much of a recovery. What types of drills are you doing? I think sled pulling is some of the best leg work out there.

i like doing mine on off days from weight training. but you can do them on the same day as training. some do them right after training and others do them a couple hours later.

how will you incorporate them into your routine? for recovery or for strength training?
 
I agree with Mike. Put sled drags on leg days just for variety. You can also incorporate a total body push/pull split using sleds for posterior chain work.
