Another intersting tid bit I found on Anabolic Review, was that more than 20 minutes a day of cardio won't burn muscle, IF I stay below my target heartrate.
(220-age x .7= target HR correct?)
Is this true? If so, does that mean I can still do 20 minutes of hard cardio, or must I stay below THR at all times?
