Before pics

I started working out in November, but I only get to the gym about 3 times a week because of school and such. My goal is to decrease my bf percentage from 15% to 12% so I do a lot of cardio when I work out, as well as weights.
I’ll post new pics that hopefully show improvement by the end of the summer.

you need to post better pic's than that. you can't see anything! no idea what you abs look like or anything else for that matter. lose the jacket. that is if you want an objective opinion. :)
 
Sorry. Will do. And yes, be as honest as possible. Don't expect to see anything remotely like abs.

Aww, that's sweet. Wrong, but sweet.

I'm still working on fixing my cam so I can put up more revealing pics. I guess I'll put up a pics of arms and legs and back, but there isn't much to see...yet.
 
k if u think ur fat, you have a serious self-image problem. i know girls who would make you look anorexic (did i spell that right) and they think they arent fat.

Yoda's great, especially in the classic Star Wars movies.
 
yeah i mean goals are great, and good for you to try and better your fitness and health but your are not fat at all. I think you look great and i would die to be at 15%
 
You're completely right - eating properly and trying to be more fit is a good goal. I know I'm not fat, but really, my diet is insane. I can eat 3000 + calories in chocolate in a day without trying. Setting a goal to decrease body fat % helps to keep me focused. Besides, you can see muscles better with less bf.

Yoda is awesome. I only started watching SW because the guy in Episode 3 is hott, but then I fell in love with Yoda.
 
Not bad at all. Nice arm btw. Just put your diet in check, and you'll see defintion soon.
