I was wondering if there was any way to train my wrists better and underarm, I do basic dumbell lifting with my undearm on a platform, basically just lifting my hand or palm up with a dumbell weight in my hand. Have a hard time getting muscle in my brachioradialis but the worst thing is my wrist / hand just stays pretty thin. I know most muscles start above the wrist and there's not much muscle to build in the wrist I think, is it purely fats etc that make the shape of the wrist?
Trying to eat enough calories to gain some weight, milk / nuts etc..was thinking about some shakes that would help me gain weight insteaf of eating lots of junk food to gain it, but they would have to be available in europe. Anyway =), any thoughts are much appreciated.
(ps I do not have acces to a sport/fitness center atm, don't have the resources atm, would have to be with dumbells or excercices)
