ok i have a real simple question

i have a simple question...i know 50% of your carbs should come from your caloric intake and 25% fat and 35g of fiber..but i dont understand the "basic concept" if you should call it, can anybody give me examples? my goal is to consume 3000 calories a day.

Try ...

I would calculate it for you but I don't know what kind of diet you are wanting or how many meals per day you can eat.

Hope this helps!

I don't know ANYTHING about bulking but I'm sure someone will reply to you... or you could use the search feature and find some info... I'm sure it's been discussed before.

there are some semi-basic links with TONS of info, weed through it slowly, also like Angelkae said just search around, the search button at the top wil bring up some good stuff. Bill Starr's 5 X 5 program (google it) is somewhat popular and common, although I would make sure you get the basics down first. If you don't know, definitely ask someone.

The same goes for your diet (in terms of searching and reading around). Most people will say to up your protein intake to 1-1.5 times your body weight and add 500 calories to what you regularly eat right now, make sure you are eating well too, keep away from junk.

I'm gonna try to warn you ahead of time, again, that you should read around first. If you go post over in the mens section without reading around and going through the FAQ some people may bite your head off, just to give you the heads up.
