3 Day split need help.

Pull / Push / Legs

Im going to be doing pull tomorrow afternoon So i thought i'd post this tonight and get some opinions on what to do. I'm 5'8'', 160 Lbs of fat and new to working out.

Pull
Back -> Cable Front Pull down 3:10
Biceps-> Dumbbell curl 3:10
Deltoid -> Dumbell Lateral Raises 3:10
Back-> Bent over row 3:10
Trapezius -> Dumbbell shrugs 3:10
Throw in some dumbell hammer curls??

Suggestions are welcome. Im following this http://www.exrx.net/Workouts/Workout3PPL.html guide.

If you can do pull-ups instead of the pulldowns it would be better.

The DB lateral raises aren't a pulling exercise, technically it would go with push.

If you have enough time and energy, you could put in some barbell upright rows.

Do the curls last, or atleast after the shrugs (if you change the order for some reason)

I ran into a problem today. got through the majority of my workout fine but when i went to curl, my right bicep couldnt do it.

Did about 3 curls @ 15 pounds before my right couldnt keep up, then i switched both to 12 and still had trouble with the right :(.

How can i make my right bicep stronger?

Train lol No suggestion really but you fried your biceps with that workout, i would of done some deadlifts in there somewhere and upright rows are a very good excercise of done properly.

Deadlifts
Cable rows
Upright Rows
One are rows
Pullups

They will all hit the biceps.

Yeah, when you train your biceps on your "back" day, your curls will suffer a bit. When training your back, your biceps also get stimulated by the back exercises. As far as your right bicep. let nature take it course. Keep training regularly, it will get up to par. Just my thoughts.
