help me wd my workout

hello,
im new here, can somebody help me with my routine / daily exercise
im 28 y old, weighing 106 5'4 height, i have uneven body proportion my bust measurement is 36, waist 28, and hips 34. i have long thin arms and legs, but basically i think my body store up fats on my upper back, with shoulders and armpit area, thats where my problem is. i want to loose the surrouding fats on my upper back, armpit areas, i want my shoulders to have cuts and my arms aswell, and maybe 2x a wk on my lower body. no prob wd my waist line sometimes it varies, i can do crunches though i dont know any specific program that i will stick to, im kinda not persistent and constant in exercising, so please help me, as to not bore me aswell with the routines.

BTW,i have a well balanced diet.

im not enrolled into a gym right now so im asking for a daily routine, maybe 3x a week program, including cardio workouts.

Hm, this post sounds very familiar to me. And your pic too. Have you asked this question before on these boards?

You cannot have much fat since you only weigh 106 pounds and are 5'4". That's really thin. In order to lose fat, you must reduce overall body fat and there are plenty of posts here on how to do that.

To get a cut look... you need to reduce body fat and increase muscle size with weight training. to build muscle you will need a caloric surplus and a weight routine that promotes growth.
