Dead lift Q&A Thread

I would think you could do a db deadlift and similate the diamond bar. Maybe not in overall weight but at least in your grip.

so... when you dead lift, where on your body does the bar come up to?

I think I was leaning back too early, pushing my hips slightly forward causing the "problem"

Welll...stand up and let your hands fall to your sides, the bar will rest at this level only a bit higher due to the slight "shrug".
