days i diet i drink a protein shake in the morning (300 calories), go to school, and its after school when i feel tired and completely unmotivated to continue dieting, this is when i usually just feel like dieting is a waste and eatin a lot of food, like a sandwhich with turkey and cheese and a nice amount of mayo, a few potato chips, and some leftover pizza, all within an hour...in the morning i dont feel like eating at all, in fact whenever the thought of food comes up during school i dont want to eat unhealthy stuff, but its always after school when i am really tired and just feel like it doesnt matter wat i do today cuz i wont be able to keep it up tomorrow, also on the rare days i get through a full day on the diet, i eat too little calories (1300 or less) and feel very tired throughout the day...
