nice its about time I find that having this section will not only help me but any other martial artist in the future I am gonna reccomend this section to any other people who are looking for knowledge
 
I am currently out of state, but when I get home, I will let my mor experienced students, and friends know about this site, we have all been look for a good place to ask questions, and share in our thoughts, by the way, anyone know the best way, aside from the obvious, to gain weight, say about 25-30 lbs?

Once you have done a year of SOLID mass building, it is hard to put on more than 5-10 lbs. of pure muscle in a year. That is without 'roids.

Just change your routine to mass and/or strength building and beef up the good calories. Don't run far, because running long distance uses muscle for fuel.
