lost my strength after trying to dieting

i need help guys ive been trying to loose my gut for a month now .....before im 155 now im 150...but i still have a belly.And the worst part is im getting weaker in unknown reason i cant even bench 155 anymore.Before i can do 7 reps of 3 sets ... now im struggling to do 5 reps
pls. help.

Ive been doing 45 min of cardio for a month before..
 
if you have cut back on eating and not working out as much you can have gotten weaker i think. if your muscles havent gotten enough food.
 
You still have to workout and eat well, and don't starve yourself. Unless you're obese, you'll lose muscle mass quickly dieting.
