I Need Some Help

Hey everyone, Im new to the whole working out thing and I was looking for a few pointers and I need a question answered. Well first off, Im 15, 135(ish) lbs., and about 5'6. Im mostly working on my upper body cause I want to start getting in shape and look good for the summer. Ive been working out for about 2 weeks and I noticed that wen I flex my bicep, theres this flat area where my bicep ends and the front of my elbow. I think it looks really dumb, is there any specific workout for it, or will it eventually fill in after a little of working my bicep. I tried looking it up but the internet is so crammed with unreliable info. and can anyone possible help me create a workout plan. thanks alot. : )

You can't really change the shape of your muscle as in it attaches where it's attached and that's pretty much that. You can, of course, hypertroph the muscle so that it is larger.

How bout this...why don't you figure out what days you can work out and how long you have for each workout. Check out www.exrx.net for exercise descriptions and what works what. Put it together and we'll rehash it.:)
