Hure You Go

Hi,Im new to this site.Im 15 years old and im studying to be a Personal Trainer
i am studing the-American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association course and it is pretty hard i was wondering if anyone had any tips or can give any ways to make it simpler.Oh and my test is MARCH 1ST.With all the material ive read thus far your doin pretty good!I think 15 minuits is enough until you get stronger:cool:

THANKS,DAVE

There is nothing NECESSARY about cardio for becoming more defined. )Please lose the word toned). To lose Body fat you need a deficit of calories. It is important that you learn about nutrition, your needs and what you are getting. I maintain 10% bodyfat and don't do cardio. Cardio is very good for heart health and should be done. But it is not a must for losing bodyfat and being in good physical shape.
