big problem, broken pinky

okay, on friday i broke my pinky and the nurse/doctor said ill probly have the cast on for 4 weeks. Now this interupts my body building rutine in a big way. How much muscle will i lose in 4 weeks and is they're any excercises i can do to slow the loss of muscle process down?
 
maintain a good clean diet, but aim for maintenance calorie intake.
 
Do all the cardio you have been skipping out on b/c you thought you would lose muscle!

4 weeks is nothing, you can lose between 2-8lbs. Just keep your diet and perform high intense cardio.
 
would doing lighter excersizes of the stuff i usally do keep them like ''in use'' along with the cardio. O and 2-8lbs might not seem like alot but thats how much muscle ive gained since i started working out. And i dont want to lose it.
