uhg!

my mom won't let me get a pass to the gym! :[
it's due to money and school wise things.
but she will let me get a pass for the summer.
so i have to work out in my house.
i don't like sports so i don't play any sports.
i don't have gym in school.

in my house i have:
2 ten pound weights
Dance Dance Revolution Game..it's a PS2 game where you dance on a pad.
( There's also a workout mode! )
and then i have a regular hulla hoop..

will all this give me a full workout?
do i need a few more "workout equipment"?
i mean i have the Dance Game which is cardio..and then 2 ten pound weights which is the strength.

You have what you need to get started. Learn a few strength training exercises for each muscle (biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, abs, chest, legs). Use either your dumbbells or try body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups, etc.

Your cardio can be done using Dance Dance Revolution, walking, jogging, running, swimming, jumping jacks, dancing, or create your own little cardio routines (run from here to the mailbox, then skip from the mailbox back here, then do 25 jumping jacks, etc).
