Please Help Me!!!!

Ok where do i start... I had my little girl around 7 months ago. I gained up to 185 lbs and am currently down to my post pregnancy weight. My inner legs, butt, and tummy seriously need to be toned. I can not seem to get them toned!!! Please let me know any secrets or advise!! I am loosing hope for the summer! :(

what are you currently doing now.. i have two boys so i know the challenge of getting back into shape, but it is very doable. so give us some info on what youdo currently, your diet and what you have access to. we'll help as much as we can..

Well after I had Blakelee I went on the Southbeach diet for 2 months (I had a C-section so i couldnt do any strenuous activity) during the 2 months I walked 45 min a day (3 or 4 days a week)on a tredmill at the local gym. After 6 weeks I stoped the Southbeach and started doing arerobics 4 days a week one day being a strength class (I have no clue when it comes to weight lifting) Now that my daughter is changing so much I quit going to the gym and am just watching my calories..I have a tredmill at my home and an ab machine. I am starting back today with cardo doing 45 min four days a week!!

P.S. Is there anything that can possably be done about cellulite.. it seems to be worse now than ever after my pregnancy!!! :(

i hate to say this but after a csection it takes longer to recover the body you had prior, i know i had one with my first son. i would try to add resistance training in there too. it will help to firm up as long as you can get the body fat% down you'll see a big difference. i am in better shape now than before i had my boys. i did cardio 6 days a week to drop the softness that came after the boys and then started hitting the weights harder. i also did pilates and bodyweight exercises with the cardio. and clean up your diet by that i mean not dieting persay but the kind of food you eat. check out a calorie evaluator thing that will tell you how much you should be getting daily, then check out the threads here to look at what a clean diet is. i hope this helps some , don't worry if you stick with it and keep modivated you'll be smonkin' in no time. :)

in the olden days we weren't allowed to gain too much, so i never had to lose weight but i had to firm up the muscles.

they're still not 100% and the baby is 16 years old already!

wow i only gained 30lbs with both of mine which is healthy but my guys are 3 and 5 and i am in way better shape than before i had them, and i am now 31. it takes the right balance for you as an individual and always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be for yourself. It depends on your body, what you do, diet and how often you do it. so don't get discouraged every BODY is different. good luck..

Could you give me some good resistance training ideas...I really hate going to the gym (working full time and going to the gym takes to much time away from my daughter. I always feel guilty as if I would rather better myself than be with her. She is only going to grow older and will never be the same again, ya know?)is there anything I can do at home? I would like to get my BF% low!!!

what do you have at home that you can use???
also do body weight stuff like push ups, dips, crunchs, squats etc. as far as the other tell me what you have.. you can look at what i do in the diary section in mens health, new beginnings is the thread- this i do at home no spotter and two benchs no racks etc. i do this after my boys go to bed at around 8 pm. i also try to keep up with my tae bo and some pilates. let us know so we can help better. i would do mostly compounds so that you work more muscles at once that would cut your time done. good luck :)

I took a look at it and I just do not understand it i mean as far as the language like hammer and all that ....
