We use our eyes throughout the day because, without eyes, it is impossible to see the beauty of our surroundings. Healthy foods and exercise can promote your eyesight as well as prevent eye diseases. Proper care of your beautiful eyes is important to enhance eye vision. There are some tips that help improve eyesight.

Good sources-Leafy dark green veggies such as green cabbage and spinach come with high carotenoids, which are including lutein and zeaxanthin. The yellow pigment lutein sharpens the visual images and protects your eyes from harmful sun rays.

Carrots: Carrot improves your eyesight. These roots contain beta- carotene which is converted into vitamin A by the liver in a person's body. Beta carotene is an antioxidant that fights against cancer. It is also good for skin as well as mucous membranes, which is fight against viruses and bacteria. Vitamin A protects the eyes by helping to absorb the light energy that passes into it. Good sources besides carrots are mangoes, cabbage, cod liver, oil, milk, and eggs.

Eggs: Egg yolks are rich in lutein, zeaxanthin, amino acids, and cysteine to protect your eye lens.
Fruits: Blue and purple berries are responsible for adjusting the eye to see in the dark because they contain a group of anthocyanins.
Salmons: Salmons contain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals more than other seafood, which are the most important nutrient for healthy eyes. It protects small blood vessels in the eyes.

Oysters: Oyster is rich in zinc. It improves vision as well as boosts the immune system of your body. Oyster contains more zinc than other seafood, it is also found in beef.

Exercise for healthy eyes: Regular exercise is one of the important parts of healthy eyes as well as the whole body. Daily brisk walking can prevent the risk of glaucoma. Move your eyes in the clockwise and anticlockwise direction four to five times by looking at a far object. Finally, without moving your head, move your eyeballs to the right, left, up, and down position.

The eyes are a sensitive part of your body, and when it is directly in contact with the sun, can lead to blindness. Ultraviolet rays are very harmful come from the sun, the greater your chance of getting age-related muscular degeneration. Protect your eyes by wearing 99% of UVA and UVB radiation sunglasses. Use an umbrella or hat to protect your eyes from harmful radiation.
