hallo,
diese ausagen bezüglich HIt habe ich im netz gefunden. man übersehe bitte die darin vorkommene polemik und beschränke sich auf die wesentlichen aussagen.
" I was at Gold's in the early 1980's & saw Mike Mentzer use his alleged
"Heavy Duty" method along with his brother, Ray. What he wrote and what
he did were two very different things. Sure, he and his brother were
as strong as anyone in the gym on all movements, but the number of sets &
exercises they did averaged 12 - 20 sets a bodypart. Contradicted his
publications pretty badly. "
" Has anybody tried Heavy Duty? If so what results have you had? I tried
it for a couple of months and saw and increase in strength, but all my
joints and tendons ached. I heard that the only reason Heavy Duty works
is because it is just a different workout. Everybody needs to change up
every now and then to see gains. People are so caught up in the same
routine that when they try Heavy Duty, they see more gains than they
have for a while. "
ich denke gerade die 2 aussage bringt die ganze geschichte auf den punkt.
