I gotta be fit and in shape for when it happens..
Im hope'n to be taking some form of martial arts soon and i need to be in shape for that kinda training. You never know when you might find your self in hand to hand combat with a zombie!

I'll keep this short and spaced so as not to lose your attention ( i hope the zombie thing caught it anyway ).
Im 19, male and always knew i was a bit on the heavy side and never really thought to much of it until recently. Its quite obvious ( at least to my self ) that I have a gut and man boobs ( sorry if that offends any of you but im not the type of person to beat around the bush, they are what they are and you're here because your tired of your own and being made of for them. ). Its about time I did something about it..
besides, rumor has it that the ladies are into the fit type..
oh and im completely serious about the martial arts thing despite the silly zombie ice breaker. I've always wanted to learn some form of martial arts ( thanks Dragon Ball for "reminding" me!!
) and I KNOW that im going to have to be in shape to 1: actually be able to participate in said training, and 2: make use of what it is i learn.
I've never been the type of person to exercise or work out and frankly it shows and it is quite disgraceful and disrespectful to myself in my opinion.
I've come seeking advice and help because frankly I don't exactly know what im doing. I understand the basics, eat healty, work out, exercise.. so on so forth but i dont know what that all entails..
so guys.. help me get in to shape so i can take down some zombies with out break'n the energy bank that is mah body?
