Hi I'm new to the forum but not new to healthy eating & trying to lose weight! I was always a chubby kid but in the last 4 years have managed to lose about 2 stone & I'm aiming to lose another 1 & a half to 2 stone!!
I'm creating this journal for motivation really, I started healthy eating 7 days ago again as Christmas really threw me off! as well as getting back to the gym. But I'm finding it hard to stop myself from snacking daily still on random pieces of chocolate, sweets ect & I'm sure it's all adding up!!
Anyway hopefully by keeping track of my daily meals, snacks & exercise on a forum for you all to see I'll continue on & reach my goal weight & make long lasting life style changes too! Really it's about feeling comfortable in my own skin. I have a constant obsession with my body, all it's pudgy bits (there are many) & I want to finally feel happy with myself! Wish me luck!
