this is soo great, and so healthy and simple! and it really fiils you up. sprinkle garlic salt and italian seasoning on a boneless skinless chicken breast, and cover them with sugar less spagetti sauce. cook at 350 for 45 minutes. then thickly sprinkle on low fat mozzerella cheese, and take it out of the oven when the cheese is melted. measure oiut about a cup of the cheeses to sprinle over two breasts. or half a cup of cheese for one breast. it is only 200 calories! it has so much flavor, and you'll be really full. let me know how you like it!
