I've said it a MILLION times... Put away the fancy over speed and resisted speed equipment and tear up those scientific based training programs.

When working with kids, TEACH THEM HOW TO MOVE AND BE EFFICIENT. According to research, it's what makes them better athletes.

hi there!
it is difficult for youths to clearly understand about exercise because of the physcial fitness emphasis and not the importance of inner health components that actually regulates fitness.
Fitness is a cultral, socal man-made activity that puts to comparsion the physcial outlook instead of the inward seeing where it comes from. instead of getting the education of health they get the schooling of fitness. what this can lead to comparing one's appearance, physical ability, and competitive thinking.
the youths exercise by not the attitude of health but the ego of fitness. if there is any one that should learn to understand the "what is and what should be" of exercise, it should begin with the youths. today, there is much influences, situations and circumstances that gradually deterioates away the inhernet health youths as well as adults are born with.
until scientific research and medical studies provide the information and communication to help youths and adults determine to see the false in the truth of exercise, there will be problems with youth fitness as well as community well being.
