Hey community,

I'm 16 and looking to drop a few pounds to get the slim body i want. Im 6'3 and around 200 pounds. I'm gonna to anything it takes to reach my goal. Therefore i need your help. If i want to reach this goal, i need a structure of what to do, what to eat etc. So if any of you have any tips ( pre/after workout meals, diet plans, workout plans etc) you can pass on, i would appreciate them

I would post on more detail or give some links, but I'm posting from my phone at the moment.

It's good to see that you are committed, but don't try to be perfect all the time or go with this "all or nothing" approach.
