Most of you may not know this but the majority of women find well developed forearms one of the hottest male body parts.

So, what the most effective workout routine that well get them puppies Popping. Here is the routine that worked for me and for alot of people that i know you need to do it 3 days a week if your really lagging, else just do it twice a week :

Reverse barbell curl or hummer curls : 3 sets of 12 reps

Standing Palms Up Barbell Behind The Back Wrist Curl: 4 to 5 Sets of 15 to 20 reps


Superset
Seated Palms Up Barbell Wrist Curls***AND***Seated reverse dumbbell Wrist Curls 3 to 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps


Remember , because of the short range of motion you need to keep the the reps high and also make sure that u squeeze the living crap outta of the weights in the positive part of the rep.

Do this and in the period of one month i guarantee that you will see major change in your forearms :)
