i was sitting on my bed reading the forums... i had my tv on discovery health... and this show came on... i thought it was very interesting =D

soo i googled it soo i could share some of what they were saying^^ it was quite interesting. basically factors such as:

-Food
-Exercise
-Meditate
-Sleep and Sex
-Vitamins

determine how well you age =P

soo we are all helping ourselves to age better^^ fun fun fun =D
 
I don't take vitamins, I think mediation is beyond dumb for me, I couldn't get laid if i walked past a prison naked... i haven't gotten more than 4 hours of sleep a night in the past 25 years... I love food.. so i guess that explains why I look like i'm 85...

Hey Angelica serious question how much sex is good for ur health? Like how many times a week? im just saying did the program said anything about that?
 
it's about a satisfying sex life that leads to long life - for some that means 4 x a day, for others it's 4 times a month... Whatever works best for you... (and your partner or right/left hand :D )
 
here is a discovery health website i found... lol... kind of confusing... i guess the show is based on a book the two doctors wrote.



haha juan xD mmm as much sex as you want is good. =P till your satisfied?! mmm i think it would start to be unhealthy though if you start going out to places just looking for one-night stands and attending sexaholics anonymous... lets hope it doesnt come to that. =D
