You know it all comes down to ... How bad do you want it?

I have a simple thought I keep in my head when I am faced with a challenge. I ask my self how bad do I want it? There are a million excuses out there. However, there is only one unavoidable question. How bad do you want it?

To most, you won't understand what it is. However, to some, you know exactly what it is.
 
That's a really good point. I think many people quickly lose sight of how much they want something as soon as they realize the effort that it takes to get there.
 
100% correct. If you truly want to build muscle, you'll find a way. If you truly want to lose fat, you'll find a way. Same with quitting smoking and pretty much everything else in life. The only thing that holds us back is ourselves.
