hi there. 28 years old, always been in good physical shape, but after marriage and becoming a dad, ive gotten out of shape and watched my weight climb. im now hovering around 230-235, ideally i'd like to be down around 215.
i have always eaten a tremendous amount of calories/day, but have been active enough to not show it. until recently.
for 3 weeks now ive only been drinking water (i drank a lot of soda), started back at the gym doing cardio about 2-3 times a week, and cut my calorie intake nearly in half. i still have not weighed myself, im afraid that nothing's changed.
its been a big help having my wife become fitness-minded as well, but i need some direction and some extra motivation to keep it up. i love the way i feel, i've been in a better mood than i can ever remember, and i'd like to keep making progress. any help is appreciated.

Hey Jason,
Sounds like you have a great plan and you should reach your goal in no time! Drinking water, exercising, and eating healthy is the best thing anyone could ever do for their bodies. Keep it up! :)
