I'm 31 years old and I'm fat. I love sports, food and beer. I'm an even six feet tall and a solid 230 pounds. I lose 30 pounds. I gain 25 back. I lose 40 pounds. I gain 45 back. It goes away easily and it comes back easily. I just can't keep it off, however. It's an endless cycle and I'm tired of it!

I now realize that it's a lifestyle change, not a temporary change. I'm not 21 anymore and my metabolism is crap! I eat whatever and whenever I want. I need a steady balance of healthy food and consistent exercise from now until the end of time. It's the only realistic way to be healthy.

So, I'm with you guys. I'm here to fight the good fight... the battle of the bulge, the war on my waistline. I'm here to support and be supported. My message box has an open door policy.
