I am a 16 year old male. I am around 210 lbs and I am 6'2.5.I am looking to loose weight, then regain it with weight lifting. I am up for any diet as long as it is effective and it works.I have been researching and I need 6 meals a day to keep my metaolism up. My questions are what should i eat and what times should I eat it? I go to school @ 7:45 in the morning and eat luch @ 12:00. I get home around 2:45. Someone please help me. I feel as if i have no energy and I dont want to become a fat lazy bastard. I would Like to loose the love handles and flatten my stomach. I am willing to be dedicated to this. EDIT* On another note should I cut all beverages excpet water. How much water should i drink a day? Is it necessary to carry around a water bottle all day? Please I need some insight.
