Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone has the York Compact 401 multi gym. I have just got one from a friend with no instructions and i'm lost on how to put it togeather. IF anyone can help in any way it would be appreciated.

If you now have them could you pass them on if not if i get them i will pass them to you

can someone please help ive just got a york 401 and cant put it together! ive tried downloading it from york but its a pdf file how can i print it off? sorry if i sound stupid but im new to this!
